With a wealth of experience in retail, business development, design & marketing across a number of fields Gareth brought his knowledge of consumer behaviour trends to the jewellery industry over 15 years ago. Since then, as Sales & Marketing Director at Brown & Newirth Gareth has continued to champion his passion for experiential retail across both bricks & mortar and digital shopping environments. In the last five years Gareth has led projects to build no less than three new websites, over thirty shop-in-shop bridal boutiques and launched a direct-to-consumer marketing strategy for the business whilst continuing to keep close to his trade customer network.
