Denise McLaughlin has been with Houlden since 2008.

As Chief Operations Officer, Denise is responsible for coordinating the operational activities of the Houlden office while supporting the team, Board of Directors, and Chief Executive in achieving their objectives effectively.

As a member of the Executive team, Denise is involved in the strategic planning of the organisation and is responsible for leading the team in delivering two Houlden events biannually.

Denise’s tenacity and expertise is key to the company’s operational functions and provides an invaluable resource for the Houlden team, Members and Supplier Partners alike.

Outside of Houlden, Denise’s leisure time is dedicated to CrossFit training and coaching, live music gigs and enjoying time with her family.
