Adam Jacobs is the joint owner of award-winning Jacobs the Jewellers in Reading, which celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2023. Having graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc (Hons) in business administration, Jacobs subsequently worked for Marks & Spencer at head office and boutique marketing agency Evidently, in London, before joining the family business in 2003. A past chair of Reading Business Improvement District, Jacobs now chairs Reading’s Economy and Destination Agency (REDA). He is also vice chair of the National Association of Jewellers and is a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths.
