James joined Nivoda as CPO in August 2022. Prior to joining Nivoda he led Amazon’s Prime business in Europe and has nine years of product and operations experience in technology companies including Amazon and Betfair. He also worked across the retail, technology and media industries as a consultant for BCG. As a product leader, he is driven to innovate on behalf of suppliers and retailers across the global jewelry industry to improve the way Nivoda’s buy-side and supply-side customers discover and source their products.
