Access to the Retail Jeweller Festival is exclusive to those working in the jewellery and watch sector. If you are new to the jewellery industry and are unable to provide industry credentials or are a student on an accredited jewellery course, please email us on retailjeweller.festival@emap.com.

Your ticket for the Retail Jeweller Festival is FREE. Simply fill in the short form below to apply.

The Festival is completely free to attend to qualified buyers, and your ticket includes:

  • Entry to both days of the event 
  • Complimentary catering 
  • Access to all content sessions and panel discussions with industry leaders
  • Tickets to the UK Jewellery Awards shortlist party

Please make sure that you register with a business email address unique to you, and that the postal address provided for your business is correct.

Failure to provide business contact details could result in your application being declined.

This an essential security requirement for the Retail Jeweller Festival, ensuring that each entrance badge is connected to an individual trade professional and cannot be transferred.

This personal information will not be retained by Retail Jeweller or emap and will be deleted once the event is closed.

You cannot continue with your registration until you have uploaded this information.

You also must bring photo ID to collect your badge on the day of the event.

A current photograph of yourself:

  •  The image should be a current close-up of your full head and upper shoulders. 
  •  You must be facing forward, looking straight at the camera, with eyes open and visible, and nothing covering your face. 
  •  The image should only include you, with no other objects or people.

Please upload proof that you are currently working in the jewellery and watch industry. Any of the documents below are accepted:

  • Business Card: A business card with your name, title, and company details, clearly showing your role in the jewellery industry.  Business Licence: A copy of your business licence indicating that you operate in the jewellery industry. 
  • Tax ID or VAT Registration: Documentation showing your business’s Tax ID or VAT registration in the jewellery sector. 
  • Website or Online Presence: A link to your professional website, or an online store, indicating your involvement in the jewellery industry. 
  • Employer Letter: A letter from your employer on official company letterhead, confirming your employment in the jewellery industry. 
  • Company ID Badge: If applicable, an ID badge from your place of work/company that includes your name and company information. 
  • Invoices or Purchase Orders: Invoices, purchase orders, or receipts that show transactions in the jewellery trade, especially if you are a buyer or retailer. 
  • Trade Association Membership: Proof of membership in a recognised jewellery trade association. 

Please note an image of jewellery is not acceptable proof that you work in the industry and we reserve the right to decline the application of anyone who fails to upload the correct proof of working in the trade.
