About the show

The Retail Jeweller Festival will take place on 13 and 14 March 2025.

The Festival takes place in Central London. The exact location details will only be disclosed to accepted attendees who are able to prove that they work in the sector. If you have further inquiries about the event location prior to registration, please email us on retailjeweller.festival@emap.com.

The Retail Jeweller Festival is a trade show also featuring an extensive programme of business boosting seminars and panel discussions. There will be 60+ quality exhibitors, from jewellery manufacturers to demi-fine jewellery brands, fine jewellery wholesalers to service suppliers and more! The exclusive, boutique nature of the Festival enables visitors and exhibitors alike to forge strong and valuable business relationships with new partners and discover suppliers they had previously never met. Visitors will also be able to attend 10+ hours of content sessions across the two days of the event. The UK Jewellery Awards Shortlist Party 2025 also takes place at the end of the day on 13 March immediately following the show.

Yes, the show is completely free to attend for those working in the sector. Pre-registration is compulsory to access the event.

Registration

Registering to attend the Festival is simple. Follow this link and fill in the form. Please note you will be asked to provide photo ID in order to access the event.

Access to the Retail Jeweller Festival is exclusive to those working in the jewellery and watch sector. If you are new to the jewellery industry and are unable to provide industry credentials or are a student on an accredited jewellery course, please email us on retailjeweller.festival@emap.com

Ticket applications are typically processed within a week of submission, although it can be sooner. You will receive an email confirming whether your application has been successful or asking you to provide more information if necessary.

Absolutely! Feel free to invite your colleagues to join you at the Festival. Although each attendee will need to register individually and photo ID is compulsory for ALL visitors.

Unfortunately no. While we love to see budding jewellery enthusiasts, the Festival is designed for adults only.

We do not directly assist with visa applications. However, we can provide an invitation letter upon request to support your visa application process.

If you are new to the jewellery industry and are unable to provide legitimate industry credentials, or are a student on an accredited jewellery course, please email us on retailjeweller.festival@emap.com before applying and we will assess your application on a case-by-case basis

Admission to the UK Jewellery Awards Shortlist Party is for registered attendees of the Festival, exhibitors, award sponsors and those on the 2025 shortlist only. More details about entries and applying for the 2025 UK Jewellery Awards can be found at awards.retail-jeweller.com.

Unfortunately, VIP tickets are by invitation only. VIP Platinum Pass members will receive their exclusive invitation link via email or post prior to the event.

VIP Platinum Pass members will receive automatic approval to the Festival, a private VIP lounge with refreshments throughout the show and dedicated space to conduct private business meetings at the show.

Your visit

No, content sessions are free to attend and no prior booking is required. All sessions will take place in one of the main trade show areas so you will be able to find a seat easily throughout the day. Some sessions do become very crowded so we advise visitors to arrive in advance to secure a spot.

We offer free catering across both days of the Retail Jeweller Festival. This includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments. We cater vegetarian/vegans. Kosher and Halal catering is available on request in advance. Please contact retailjeweller.festival@emap.com with any specific questions or requests.

Yes, complimentary WIFI will be available for all attendees throughout the duration of the festival.

Yes, the venue is equipped with facilities to accommodate guests with disabilities. If you have specific requirements, please contact us in advance so we can ensure your visit is comfortable and enjoyable.

Yes, there will be ATMs located within the venue for your convenience.
